HOA DUES: If you have not paid your dues. They are late please make time to reach out immediately to Sterling and work with them on your issue. Current HOA FEES - $550.00
If you receive a letter of non-compliance from Sterling please action and respond as soon as possible with any questions, concerns or advising of correction.
HOME AND PROPERTY UPGRADES/ CHANGES
Friendly Reminder that any changes or upgrades to your property must be preapproved. Please be sure to submit your ACC form and get approval prior to making any changes or commitments for changes. This includes major landscaping, roofing, exterior painting, room additions, etc. The form is located on our Forms page. Here
