I wanted to let you know that we are here to help residents should they need to park their vehicles on high ground.

We are also working with Humble Fire, PD, and CenterPoint on staging areas so we want to make sure residents have a clear place to park their vehicles in the event the storms impact us.

As before, we have identified the area in front of Forever 21 as the area we would like residents to park in at this time. This is one of the highest points on the property and we want to make sure all vehicles are safe. We have some construction going on in the Macy’s parking lot that is due to start next week, so I want to make sure this area is avoided if possible.

They can start moving their vehicles as soon as they would like so they can make other preparations. We do ask that they let us know they are doing so by calling our 24-hour security or our mall office. In a perfect situation, we’d like to know the vehicle information, name, and number. All they have to do is call our security team and they will document. Security Dispatch is (281) 446-7531. Or Mall office at 281-446-6626.

2020 - Emergency Preparedness 

08.25.2020   From City of Humble Fire Department:  We are prepared for an event of flooding within Northshire.  We have been working with Harris County in getting the bayous cleaned, we have 3 rescue boats and 3 High-water vehicles ready to respond.  Please have your residents sign up for the Swift 911 app on the City of Humbles web page.  This will give alerts to the residents for any emergency to the area.  If you need any more information please feel free to reach out.
