Our Pool has no No Life guard on Duty - Swim at your Own Risk Pool! Even if we have an attendant on duty the pool is still swim at your own risk. We will no longer have Life Guards. Attendants are for the checking in and maintenance only.

We are open Noon to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday thru Sunday!! Except During Bad Weather
All Attendees must have Pool Tags to attend the pool. All guests ( max 4 per household) must sign waivers. All children attending must have parent signed waivers.
HOME AND PROPERTY UPGRADES/ CHANGES
Friendly Reminder that any changes or upgrades to your property must be preapproved. Please be sure to submit your ACC form and get approval prior to making any changes or commitments for changes. This includes major landscaping, roofing, exterior painting, room additions, etc. The form is located on our Forms page. Here
The daily rental is only $225 or $250 to decorate the night before (plus a $200 refundable deposit) for all day and night.
Note: The clubhouse is reserved for Northshire Section I and II residents only. Deposits must be paid by an existing resident and maintenance/recreation fee must be current

Please note that an adult member MUST be present with Children - no exceptions, Anyone violating this rule will have their access removed and will be suspended from the pool for the remainder of the season.
Normal Pool rules remain in effect during Swim-at-your-own-Risk hours. These include no running or horseplay, no pets, and no glassware allowed in pool area. No bicycles, skateboards, or scooters are permitted.
No diving allowed!
Children who are not potty trained must wear a swim diaper and rubber pants. the child must wear a tight fitting bathing suit over the diaper. If a fecal accident does occur please notify the attendant and the pool will need to be shut down for 24 hours for treatment.
Do not open the pool doors for anyone who does not have the active pool access bracelets with them.
Pool Hours are 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 P.M Closed Monday except Holidays ( Memorial Day, July 4th weekend, Labor Day. Closed May 30th and July 5th .
HOA DUES: If you have not paid your dues. They are late please make time to reach out immediately to Sterling and work with them on your issue. Current HOA FEES - $550.00
