The daily rental is only $225 or $250 to decorate the night before (plus a $200 refundable deposit) for all day and night.
Note: The clubhouse is reserved for Northshire Section I and II residents only. Deposits must be paid by an existing resident and maintenance/recreation fee must be current

Friendly Reminder that any changes or upgrades to your property must be preapproved. Please be sure to submit your ACC form and get approval prior to making any changes or commitments for changes. This includes major landscaping, roofing, exterior painting, room additions, etc. The form is located on our Forms page. Here
HOA DUES: DUE DATE IS HERE! If you are AT ANYTIME having problems paying your HOA FEES, please reach out immediately to Sterling and work with them on your issue. Current HOA FEES - $550.00
