HOME AND PROPERTY UPGRADES/ CHANGES
Friendly Reminder that any changes or upgrades to your property must be preapproved. Please be sure to submit your ACC form and get approval prior to making any changes or commitments for changes. This includes major landscaping, roofing, exterior painting, room additions, etc. The form is located on our Forms page. Here

In accordance with 209.00593 of the Texas Property Code, the Northshire Maintenance Fund Association is soliciting candidates interested in running for the board. There are currently three positions open for election. If you would like to have your name placed on the ballot for the October annual meeting, please submit your written request and include your name, e-mail, property address and a brief paragraph about yourself (150 words or less, optional) to be received no later than midnight on August 29th via one of the following methods:

Your name will be placed on the ballot and your brief statement about yourself will be posted on the website.
HOA DUES: If you have not paid your dues. They are late please make time to reach out immediately to Sterling and work with them on your issue. Current HOA FEES - $550.00
If you receive a letter of non-compliance from Sterling please action and respond as soon as possible with any questions, concerns or advising of correction.
