UPGRADES TO COMMUNITY PARK AREA
With the savings from the Pool Management, we are looking into options for upgrading the common grounds around the pool and the playground area.
June 2020- During our June meeting, it was agreed that we will form a committee that will assist in planning our Community Area Upgrade.
Candidates criteria: to be excited, eager, and willing to assist in the planning and completion of the following three phases of this project:
- Maintain and update the current facility items
- Improve and add to the current facility items. (walking trail, update blacktop area,
- Assist in acquiring the information needed to go before the city of humble for our Security Plan
Responsibilities - source, vet, and document planning of upgrades for recommendations to the Trustee Committee.

3. Submittal to Humble City Board prior to end of Year

POOL WILL REMAIN CLOSED FOR THE 2020 SEASON
We are faced with an unprecedented situation on our Pool Opening this year.
The Board of Trustees voted in our May Meeting to not open the Northshire Pool this season (2020) due to the delay of opening and all the restrictions being placed on anyone that would visit the pool due to the Covid 19 Guidelines and Restrictions.
For the following reasons:
- The pool would not be able open until mid June. Can only operate at a max 25% capacity. Social Distancing between ALL non household members. No outside guests. Only people living in Northshire allowed.
- No Pool Furniture tables or chaise lounges will be provided. You will have to bring your own chairs back and forth to the pool to use. Masks to be worn at all times when you are not actually in the pool.
- Diving boards closed, not used.
- No in pool games like Marco Polo, Sharks and Minnows etc.
- No balls, no rafts or floats and no pool toy
